The delivery time for orders is between 2 and 5 days. Delivery of shipments within the territory of Serbia is handled by the courier service Bex. The minimum quantity for an order is 1 box containing 6 bottles. The delivery costs are determined according to the official Bex price list, and you can see the delivery prices at the following link: price list of services. Each box weighs 7.8kg.
In case the courier cannot find the recipient at the provided address, they will leave a 'Delivery Arrival Report' in the mailbox. If the courier does not leave a report, the package can be personally collected within 5 days with the provided tracking number. After 5 days, the package will be returned to the sender.
If you are not satisfied with our service or product, please contact us via email no later than 4 hours after delivery. We will only accept complaints if you provide a written description along with pictures and/or videos of the issues you encountered. The complained product must be photographed in the condition it was received and must not be consumed. The employees responsible for complaints at Vinarija raj will respond to your email within 48 hours of receiving it. If we determine that your complaint is valid, Vinarija raj online store will refund the value of your order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date of the ordered goods. Otherwise, we will consider the order to be processed, and on the day of the planned delivery, you will be responsible for the full amount of the order.
